Terms of Service

Effective Date: April 1, 2026

Welcome to Masters Radio (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website at mastersradio.com, creating an account, subscribing to a membership tier, or opting in to receive communications from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. About Masters Radio

Masters Radio is a music discovery platform that streams independent and legacy artist music across three free channels (New, Newer, Newerest). Streaming is free and always will be. Membership is for people who want to support independent artists, access exclusive content and courses, and be part of building something early.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or purchase a membership. By using our services, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Membership Tiers & Billing

Masters Radio offers the following membership tiers:

  • Artist Standard — Free registration. Access to all site content and streaming. Artist profile and music submission capabilities.
  • Basic (Founding Member) — $4.99/month. All site content plus behind-the-music exclusives, Founding Member badge, and community features.
  • Premium — $50/month. All Basic benefits plus full course access, Song Forge creator tools, and expanded content library.
  • Artist Premium — $100/year. All site content plus artist-specific courses, Song Forge artist submissions, and priority support.
  • Lifetime — One-time payment. All Premium benefits for life, with no recurring charges.

Pricing, features, and tier availability are subject to change. We will notify existing members before any changes that affect their current membership.

3a. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Masters Radio does not store your credit card or payment information on our servers. By subscribing to a paid tier, you authorize Stripe to charge the applicable fee to your provided payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your tier) until you cancel.

3b. Failed Payments & Grace Period

If a recurring payment fails, we will attempt to notify you and retry the charge. You will have a reasonable grace period to update your payment method before your membership benefits are suspended. During the grace period, you retain access to your membership benefits.

3c. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your membership at any time from your Membership Account page. Upon cancellation:

  • Recurring memberships: You retain access through the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle.
  • Lifetime memberships: These are non-recurring and non-refundable, as they grant permanent access.

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us at leadership@mastersradio.com and we will work with you to resolve it.

Masters Radio may send SMS (text) messages to users who have expressly opted in. This section governs all text message communications.
