What We’re Looking For

We’re selectively expanding the board with people who bring one or more of the following:

Direct advertiser relationships

Brand marketers, media buyers, or agency contacts who buy against 50+ audiences.

Subscription audience experience

Operators who have built or scaled subscription-based media or streaming platforms.

Music licensing and entertainment law

Expertise in PRO agreements, sync licensing, or artist rights for legacy catalogs.

Artist and label network access

Relationships with 1960s–1980s artists, managers, or catalog holders.

Capital and investor relationships

Access to angel investors, family offices, or strategic partners interested in media.

Digital platform expertise

Product, engineering, or growth leadership at consumer media or streaming companies.

The Commitment

We designed the advisory role to be high-value, low-friction. Here’s what it looks like in practice.

Term

One-year initial term, renewable by mutual agreement. Either party can exit with 30 days written notice.

Meetings

Four 60-minute virtual meetings per year. Between meetings: targeted asks only — specific introductions, a 15-minute call, or a quick review. We don’t schedule time without a purpose.

Compensation — Track A

Cash retainer (amount varies by role and contribution level) plus dynamic equity via the Slicing Pie model — fair-market equity that reflects actual contribution.

Compensation — Track B

Equity only (for advisors not seeking cash compensation). Same Slicing Pie model — your stake grows with real contributions, not a fixed grant that dilutes on arrival.
