The Commitment
We designed the advisory role to be high-value, low-friction. Here’s what it looks like in practice.
|
Term One-year initial term, renewable by mutual agreement. Either party can exit with 30 days written notice. |
Meetings Four 60-minute virtual meetings per year. Between meetings: targeted asks only — specific introductions, a 15-minute call, or a quick review. We don’t schedule time without a purpose. |
|
Compensation — Track A Cash retainer (amount varies by role and contribution level) plus dynamic equity via the Slicing Pie model — fair-market equity that reflects actual contribution. |
Compensation — Track B Equity only (for advisors not seeking cash compensation). Same Slicing Pie model — your stake grows with real contributions, not a fixed grant that dilutes on arrival. |
